Now, I do not have celiacs disease, however, I am very Gluten sensitive...it makes my inflammation much worse. so this dish uses Gluten free pasta which is not a much...but it sure is yummy...and you see that bottle in that back...TURMERIC, ITS AMAZING, USE IT EVERYDAY, IN EVERY MEAL!!
1 BAG OF PASTA, THIS IS GF.
2 MELTED, BUT NOT COOKED, RAW ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
1/2 RED ONION
2 TABLESPOONS OF TURMERIC
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC, ANYWAY...NOT THE SALT THOUGH:)
2 SCALLIONS
1 CUP GARBANZO BEANS
SEAS ALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
BASICALLY YOU TOSS IT ALL TOGETHER AND SERVE
