So, after going threw so many entries and not knowing whats worthy of transferring to the new blog...I'm done, this is a fresh start...so, I will randomly post before shots, but its just too much...:(

I am putting everything you see in that crock pot for soup...(pasta in a separate pot, i hate smashed pasta) 
Food journal entry: July19th,2015...

I cheated today and ate 4 cookies, and i loved every bite! Tomorrow, I am re -introducing vitamin B12, B6, D, & C...back into daily life, i feel; tried. Chronic fatigue sucks ass. I am going to add on how  I feel in 1 week... namaste

One of my very fav dishes I am about to share...

Now, I do not have celiacs disease, however, I am very Gluten sensitive...it makes my inflammation much worse. so this dish uses Gluten free pasta which is not a much...but it sure is yummy...and you see that bottle in that back...TURMERIC, ITS AMAZING, USE IT EVERYDAY, IN EVERY MEAL!!


1 BAG OF PASTA, THIS IS GF.
2 MELTED, BUT NOT COOKED, RAW ORGANIC COCONUT OIL
1/2 RED ONION
2 TABLESPOONS OF TURMERIC
1 TABLESPOON GARLIC, ANYWAY...NOT THE SALT THOUGH:)
2 SCALLIONS
1 CUP GARBANZO BEANS
SEAS ALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE


BASICALLY YOU TOSS IT ALL TOGETHER AND SERVE

SIZE 8, (I'M ONLY 5'1)

I HAVE LOST 2 INCHES ON MY WAIST SINCE, AND 1 ON MY LEGS!  
OMG, SO...THAT HORRID PHOTO ON THE POST IS HUGE, I DO NOT KNOW WHO TO FIX...ITS SO BIG I COULD NOT ADD MY NOW PHOTO...*I AM SO SORRY FOR ITS SIZE, PRAYING THIS ONE IS NOT HUGE TOO**
Ok, on the 26th it will 17 months since the birth of my youngest and when i weighed the most I ever have...:( its depressing) ** see horrid photo below** ...so, I am super happy to say Ive lost 8 inches...maybe more, and 69 pounds since this photo was taken...I am no where near my goal, but I feel great and very healthy.
So, on July 1st, of this year 2015...I have decided to add My prenatal OMEGA 3 vitamin back into my daily life...(for those new to this blog, I had a baby Feb 26th, 2014):) so, anyways, yes...I added them back in and I feel amazing!! I highly suggest it, if you do i recommend using A whole food RAW brand, from say, Garden of Life or New Chapter...both are great!...Ill keep you updated on this on this progress in 30 days! cheers!
